Turkey Chili


This chili is perfect for those rainy days, cold nights, or when you need to fix a quick, easy meal for your family!



1 lb. ground turkey

2 tsps. minced garlic

1/2 cup green/red bell pepper, chopped

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/2 cup onions, chopped

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce

1 can kidney beans, drained

3-4  tsps. chili powder

1/4 tsp. oregano

1/2-1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. salt


Add oil to skillet on medium heat then add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ground turkey to hot skillet and cook until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Add in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, and seasonings. Stir and let simmer for 30-45 minutes.
